Vincent van Gogh (1853-1890), born and raised in Brabant, has gained an increasingly prominent place in recent years at Het Noordbrabants Museum. In the landscape and among the people of his native region he found his inspiration and chose the themes to which he remained faithful throughout his life as an artist. Reason enough to devote an entire exhibition space to this.
