Volunteers at the Van Gogh Village Museum are busy preparing for when the museum opens. That includes a visit to ASML. That requires some explanation.
Van Gogh wanted to know everything about light. ASML wants to, too. That requires an inquisitive attitude with a lot of perseverance. Both are very similar in that respect. If you are both from Brabant, you have a good starting point for a partnership. In concrete terms: ASML is building Vincents Lichtlab in the new Van Gogh Village Museum. There you can discover for yourself the effects of light and color in a surprising way. Just like Vincent van Gogh in his time.
Therefore, yesterday there was a company visit by 120 volunteers to ASML. With a visit to the Experience Center and an explanation of the cooperation between ASML, Van Gogh Brabant and the Van Gogh Museum.
